The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items.
At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date.
Please remember that deliveries are only made on business days.
Remember that the delivery address of your order has to be in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
HOME DELIVERY
- Delivery in 2-5 working days - Shipping will be free for orders over $ 70 only for non-discounted items.
Place your order now, for delivery today between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. local time (Exclusions may apply)
If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can change the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; should it still be possible per the status of your order.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

REQUIREMENTS:
Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
-you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
-the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
-the ordered item is out of stock.
We accept return(s) if:

The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.

The return must be handled within the established period:
Online purchase: you have 30 days from the shipment date of your order.
Purchase at a store: you have 30 days from the purchase date.
Remember: you will find the final date you will be able to make a return in your order detail.
RETURN AT A ZARA STORE
You can return items free of charge in any of our Zara stores.
In-store return is available for online purchases as well as those made in a physical store. You just have to present the items to return and your Zara QR or the receipt.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The cost per return request is $ 6.95 which will be subtracted from your refund.
If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can request the return in the Returns section of your account.
If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can request a return by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.
Once you have requested the return, we will email you the instructions to make the delivery and the number of labels to match the number of packages you are going to send. Follow the instructions and take the return to the location of the shipping company.
This option is available only for online purchases.
You do not need to include the receipt.
When making a return request, if your order contains a large sized item from the HOME collection, we will ask you to contact us to arrange a pickup at your house.
*Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery. *Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.
HOW DO I NEED TO PREPARE MY RETURN PACKAGE?
Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging. You can return your order in any other packaging provided that it is properly sealed to prevent the items getting lost. You do not have to write a delivery address on the package.
You do not need to include the receipt.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS IN A SINGLE SHIPMENT?
Remember you can return items from different orders in the same shipment. Select all the items you want to return independently from their order numbers and continue the return request procedure through completion. Remember that during the procedure you should indicate the number of packages you will need for your return.
Remember: You must send the items you wish to return before the return period ends.
REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
When you make a return of an online purchase, you will receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 5 - 7 business days after receiving it in our facilities.
Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

You can track your order through your account in the Orders section. If you are not a registered user, you will have this information by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.
Your order will go through these steps:
- Purchased: you have completed your purchase correctly.
- Being processed: we received your order information.
- Being prepared: your order is being prepared in the warehouse.
- Shipped from the warehouse:: the order has already left our facilities.
- Out with the courier: your order is on its way, you will receive it shortly.
- Delivered to the customer: your order was delivered.
Remember you will receive your order updates by email.
